Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
Hamburg.
Practice and laboratory. One unit.
Full-mouth rehabilitation coordinates the treatment of many or all teeth as one functional and aesthetic system. At 109FIFTY, the dental practice and laboratory become a single unit: dental technology is not planned exclusively on a model, but tooth shape, light, surface, bite and proportion are analysed directly with the patient by dentist and dental technician together. Planning proceeds step by step and only after comprehensive diagnostics.
Context
As little as possible.
As precise as necessary.
- 01
Findings
Teeth, muscles, jaw joints, bite, radiographic findings and aesthetic parameters are brought together.
- 02
Bite Elevation
Bite elevation deliberately changes the vertical distance between the upper and lower jaw. This may become necessary in pronounced tooth wear or as part of complex rehabilitation. Bite elevation is not a purely aesthetic measure and requires functional diagnostics and a controlled trial phase.
Bite Elevation ↗ - 03
Sequence
Pre-treatment and definitive steps are coordinated in a reliable order.
- 04
Practice × Laboratory
At 109FIFTY, dental practice and laboratory do not work in sequence. They operate as one creative, functional and technical unit.

FAQ
Clearly
explained.
Are all teeth crowned during full-mouth rehabilitation?
No. The concept describes the scope of planning, not a particular preparation form. Tooth-preserving partial restorations may play an important role depending on the findings.
Why is the result tested beforehand?
A trial phase can help assess form, speech, comfort and function before definitive steps are taken.
Is bite elevation always part of the treatment?
No. It is considered only when the diagnostics and treatment objective justify changing the vertical dimension.
