109FIFTY · Hamburg
Aesthetic
dentistry.
Maximum precision. Minimal preparation.
109FIFTY explains a treatment philosophy for ceramic veneers and function – and does not treat patients itself. Designated providers can apply the principles; in Hamburg that is MEDIKUSS, in Budapest MEDISMILE. The aim is not a standardised smile, but a solution that suits the face, expression, tooth structure and bite.

FAQ
Clearly
explained.
What is the 109FIFTY philosophy?
Maximum precision with minimal preparation. Non-prep or selective minimal-prep as the norm, ceramic as the definitive veneer, expression and desired self-image instead of a template, function as a prerequisite for aesthetics.
Do veneers always require heavy grinding?
No. A 109FIFTY veneer is non-prep or selectively minimal-prep. A circumferential full-crown preparation is not called a veneer.
Why function and bite?
Only what functions is beautiful. Support zones, guidance and, where needed, splint therapy belong in planning – CMD and cranio-cervical complaints are considered without healing promises.

Possible providers — not a recommendation
Whether and how to treat is decided solely by the treating provider after examination — not by 109FIFTY. Naming MEDIKUSS and MEDISMILE is a factual note on possible providers with concept experience, not advertising and not a recommendation.
